  • Clean and disinfect all fixtures including the toilet, sink, and shower.

  • Cabinets

  • Wipe down and disinfect.

  • Mirrors

  • Wipe and polish.

  • Ventilation

  • Clean the exhaust fan and vents.

  • Additional Areas:

  • Stairs and Railings

  • Dust, clean, and polish.

  • Laundry Room

  • Wipe down all appliances and surfaces.

  • Garage

  • Sweep and remove any debris.

  • Outdoor Area

  • Sweep and hose down as necessary.

  • Final Touches:

  • Replace Air Filters

  • Dust and debris likely accumulated in air filters.

  • Disinfect Door Handles and Switch Plates

  • Wipe down with a disinfectant.

  • Check Smoke Detectors and CO Detectors

  • Replace batteries if necessary.

  • Walkthrough
