When our cleaners arrive at your home, they’ll introduce themselves, confirm the details of your booking, and ask if you have any last-minute instructions or areas you'd like us to focus on. We take your preferences seriously, and your comfort and trust are our top priorities.

2. A Walkthrough of Your Home
Before getting started, we’ll do a quick walkthrough with you. This helps us:

3. A Thorough Top-to-Bottom Clean
Depending on the type of appointment you booked (standard clean vs. deep clean), we’ll get to work on a detailed checklist that typically includes:

Once we’re done, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you (if you're home) to ensure everything is up to standard. If you’re not available at the time, we’ll send photos and updates so you know exactly what was done.

You don’t need to clean before we come. A quick tidy (if you want to) is fine, but our team is here to do the heavy lifting.
